RPM employs a variety of equipment to meet and exceed customer needs. Currently RPM employs the following capital equipment:

-Two Nakamura Slant Lathes, equipped with 16c collet noses, and capable of accepting 6″ jaw chucks when needed. 1-5/8 maximum bar diameter.

-One Mori Seiki MV-Junior mill, 16″ x 35″ table, with an available manual 4″ 3 Jaw indexer, and numerous other fixturing options.

-One soon to be installed Miyano BNC-34S, with sub spindle and accompanying LNS Hydrobar barfeeder accepting 12′ bars, up to 1-1/4″ diameter.

-Manual Surface Grinder, 6″x13″ Magnetic Chuck.
