RPM employs a variety of equipment to meet and exceed customer needs. Currently RPM employs the following capital equipment:

-2 Nakamura Slant Lathes, one equipped with a 6″ jaw chuck, and the other a 16c collet nose. 1-5/8 maximum bar diameter on both.

-1 Mori Seiki MV-Junior mill with an available manual 4″ 3 Jaw indexer.

-Recently acquired Miyano BNC-34S, with accompanying LNS Hydrobar barfeeder accepting 12′ bars, up to 1-1/4″ diameter.

-Manual Surface Grinder, 6″x13″ Magnetic Chuck.
